In addition, Baden-Württemberg also has an excellent network of research institutes and universities providing excellent opportunities for professional training. In particular, there are a number of exceptionally successful institutes in the field of intralogistics. Of particular note are the Institute of Mechanical Handling and Logistics (IFT) and Heilbronn University, which enjoy strong reputations both in Baden-Württemberg and further afield.
