LogBW targets
Logistics players want to effectively tap further innovation and cooperation opportunities in the state-wide logistics network LogBW, which is supported by both industry and science, and gain the support of all important logistics companies along the supply chain for this.
Generations of logistics knowledge
With specialist committees, workshops, logistic audits, demo centres and many other activities, the LogBW will promote cooperations and a transfer of knowledge between industry and science.
Target groups are innovative small and medium-sized enterprises based in Baden-Württemberg.
Offers for industry
Offers for research and teaching
Baden-Württemberg has numerous logistics chairs. Already in the start phase, several branches of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University as well as other academic institutions in the state via the Intralogistik-Netzwerk Baden-Württemberg e.V., announced their active cooperation.
LogBW can help here by initiating research and joint projects and supporting the marketing of Baden-Württemberg as a centre of excellence for education and studies in logistics.

The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) is supporting the start phase
The Ministry of Economics has authorised funding of 500,000 euros from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for the Kooperationszentrum Logistik e.V. (KLOK e.V.) and its partners for the development of the “LogBW” state-wide logistics network.
With this, KLOK will be able to claim up to one million euros costs during the next three years which arise from the development of LogBW. After this expenditure has been authorised, half of this amount will be returned.
